How Do We Begin?
It All Begins With An Appointment!—Once you’ve completed our on-line Design Questionnaire and we’ve determined we are a good fit for each other, we schedule an initial in-person design consultation.
What Are Your Needs?— During our in-depth, personalized consultation, we will assess your needs and determine the scope of the project. You will then sign the Letter of Agreement outlining the details of the project before any design time begins.
On-Site Consultation—Our second consultation will be an on-site visit to the property to take photos and measurements, and review our assessment from the initial in-person consultation.
Let's Get This Party Started!
The Collaboration—The design team at Adorn will take all information obtained to this point and begin collaborating on the design process. This process includes the creation of furniture placement plans, renderings, selecting fabrics and furnishings, and obtaining bids from any tradesmen involved.
Presentation Day—We’ll make arrangements to meet with you in-person, at Adorn, for the presentation of the design concept, bids, and any design elements involved in the project.
What’s Next— Upon approval of the design concept, and remitted payment for purchases, orders will be placed and an installation date will be scheduled accordingly. Throughout the duration of your project, our team will be closely monitoring the budget, tracking orders, and working to keep your project on track.
Installation Day—Once all tradesmen have completed work and all fixtures are installed, we arrive to place the final pieces and put the finishing touches on your beautiful space.
The Big Reveal!—We love this part of the process! After all the hard work is done, you get to come home to enjoy your beautiful space!
The Walk-Thru—Together, we will walk through your space to address any questions or issues that need to be resolved.
All Done!—Once any final deficiencies have been resolved, we will schedule an appointment to close the project and present any outstanding invoices for payment.
A Picture’s Worth A Thousand Words!-- The last thing we will do is schedule a photo shoot for your project to document the transformation and create before and after.
How Much Does This Service Cost?
The Interior Re-Design service is billed at a per hour rate. We will work with you to determine a new interior paint scheme, and select furniture, accessories, and updated interior light fixtures. This rate does not include the purchase price of items selected to complete the project, such as furniture, occasional or accent tables, accessories, and lighting. Any purchases will be proposed to the client and sourced through Adorn. Any additional time spent will accrue an hourly fee.
